We celebrate the accomplishments of these individuals with a ceremony in their honor and their name, rank, and years of service etched into an art piece on the Civic Center Campus. Kids between 3 - 5 years old learn the fundamentals of sports in a non-competitive environment. Sportsmanship, fair play, and participation are emphasized.
